Submitting an enquiry, completing a form, or booking a call does not create a binding service relationship unless and until we confirm acceptance in writing.
6. Payments and refunds
Fees, payment terms, refunds, and cancellation arrangements for any specific service will be set out in the applicable service agreement, proposal, invoice, or booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable once a service has commenced or once resources have been reserved in reliance on your booking.
